No. 2

As I'm still here, wondering what on earth I'm going to discuss this time, I suddenly realised that I don't NEED a plan, and that's what this blog is kind of about.

OK, so bare with me!

With all these exams that I've just sat (sorry if you're still sitting them), I've felt so so stressed, which is obvious you might say.  However, not necessarily stressed based upon doing well, or not getting good grades.  But stressed about how they link to what I want to do later in life, which did make me even more stressed because........ I have no idea what I want to do, not one clue!

I feel as if a few people around me have the next 10 years of their life moderately planned out, and if you're one of them, that's completely fine.   I don't diss' you, or think that's bad, if anything I'm kind of jealous of you.

However there maybe others amongst you, like me, who don't know what they want to do with their lives, whether that's in the next 10 years, 10 months, or maybe even in the next 10 minutes.  But that's OK don't panic, or freak out that many of your friends are those people with a plan, and you've not got a clue.

It's so easy to get caught up with other people and their future, or excitement towards it, leaving you feeling a little confused.  Wondering why you haven't yet understood/discovered the life ahead of you.

It can kinda get you in a rut and make you feel as if you wont find a solution.  As easy as it is to say, and hard to hear, you just need to be patient because in time something will come along, even if that "something" doesn't work out, at least you know that you've tried it.

Eventually I learned that it's ok not to have a plan.  Don't get me wrong I do occasionally stress about not having a plan, but every day I come more and more to terms with it.  Everything will eventually fall into place, and you will get that plan like some people do, but don't scramble around quickly trying to get one.  Just wait and see what happens!

I feel like life's a bit of trial and error, and if what you're doing today is not for you, then try something else tomorrow.  And if that doesn't work for you, then TRY AGAIN.  Don't feel like you need to have everything planned-out right in front of you, whatever age you are, you have so much time.
